We want to ensure that you enjoy your visit to the Jewish Museum Munich and stay safe. The following guidelines have been created to protect our visitors and staff:

At the moment it is not necessary to book a time slot. You can simply buy your ticket at the museum ticket desk as usual. Your contact details will be documented on site.

To avoid waiting times during your visit, we would recommend booking a ticket in the Ticket Shop in advance for the time slot you would like, especially at the weekend. For your museum visit time slots are available 30 minutes apart.

Please only come to the Jewish Museum Munich when you are feeling well. If you are sick or have been in contact with a Covid-19 sufferer over the past few days, please refrain from visiting. Please note the 3 G's (vaccinated, recovered ot tested) for your visit and it is absolutely imperative that all visitors wear a medical face mask. Please bring your own protective masks with you.

Please keep to the route indicated through the exhibition rooms and observe entrance and exit signs.

This may sometimes result in delays and we apologize for any inconvensience in advance, should this occur.

Guided tours or workshops are possible again.
Our visitor service assistants are happy to provide you with details about our exhibitions and to answer any questions you may have.
The bookshop is open from Tuesday – Sunday, from 10am–6pm.
The museum café is open.
Contact-free payment is of course also possible at the cash desk.
