An exhibition in the Study Area at the Jewish Museum Munich
For the temporary exhibition “Jews 45/90,” Jewish immigrants from the former Soviet Union have given us objects that have a special significance to them as reminders of their homeland and family history, and as expressions of their identity.
Inspired by these mementos and the personal stories attached to them, children and youths attending the “Mini Munich” playtown in summer 2012 also gave some thought to the things that are important to them. In several workshops organized by the Jewish Museum Munich, paintings and drawings…

In several workshops organized by the Jewish Museum Munich, paintings and drawings of these “favorite things” were created which are now exhibited in the Study Area.
